A fork in the dirt

We will not coach your takeaway

If the club arrives in a different place every swing, a land map is a photograph of weather. Weather is not a spec. Go take a lesson, then come back when six swings in a row rhyme.

Mesa if…

The miss is the same miss. The 7-iron always hops. The 52° always skips. The driver always hangs then dumps. A repeating lie is hardware and air, and that is our work.

Lesson if…

Fat, thin, left, and right take turns. Contact is a coin flip. You cannot describe the miss in one sentence. We will send you to a teacher we trust and keep your deposit for when the motion settles.

Both, in that order

A rebuilt motion on last year’s sea-level lofts often lands even shallower here. Lesson first, mesa second. Doing it backwards is how you recut a club you are about to stop swinging.

We will not split the hour

Guests sometimes ask for “fifteen minutes of tips, then a fitting.” That produces a confused sheet and a teacher who has to undo our amateur notes. The rail is for land numbers. The range down the river is for motion. Keep them in separate rooms.
